Shipping & Returns

At Aiwa London we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

Orders will be sent 2nd Class signed for via Royal Mail, which takes approximately 2-5 working days and charged at £4.50.

Please note weekends and Public Holidays are not inclusive of working days.

Delays may be possible due to busy periods, postal strikes and Covid-19 isolation.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase on our website. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct delivery details. Aiwa London is not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the wrong address and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED KINGDOM.

RETURNS

Due to hygiene, we do not provide refunds or exchanges.

At Aiwa London we aim to provide a product in the very best condition. All our items are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. In the unlikely event where the item is damaged. Notification to Aiwa London of faulty items or damaged items must be within 3 working days of receiving your package. If we are notified after 3 working days of delivery then items will not be exchanged or refunded. Please note we do not refund or exchange for accidental damage,  neglect or carelessness of items.

You must return the item in its original packaging within 7 working days. It is the customers responsibility to pay return costs for signed form delivery to ensure the item reaches Aiwa London within this timescale.

Once the product has been received, upon inspection an exchange will be offered with the company’s discretion.

PRICING ERRORS

a) We try to ensure that the prices stated on the Website are accurate and up to date. If we notice an error in the quoted price of the Products you have ordered, then we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price, or withdrawing your Order. However, if we are unable to contact you or if we do not receive a response from you within 7 days then we will treat the Order as withdrawn and you will receive a full refund of any payment you have made. Refunds will usually be made within 14 days and in the same way as the original payment.

b) If we display an inaccurate price which could reasonably have been recognised as a pricing error, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect price, even if we have accepted your Order.
